Calacatta

Calacatta is a marble quarried from the mountainside of Tuscany, Italy.  It features a soft white background with subtle grey veining and emanates sophistication and elegance.  Available in 20mm slabs in a honed finish.

Marble is a metamorphic rock formed when limestone is exposed to high temperatures and pressures.

Marble is a naturally softer stone compared with granite or quartzite however with careful maintenance and simple precautions, marble can be kept looking pristine and untouched.  Marble provides a timeless, elegant look and it’s beauty simply cannot be replicated by man-made stone.  It is naturally cool, heat resistant and durable.
